Due to the nature of ceramics ( specially the customized and made-to-order items) , all sales are final.

If your piece arrives damaged, please email us at contact@creationdejcr.com within 3 days of delivery. Be sure to include (3) clear photos of the damaged item and (2) clear photos of the shipping box so we can assist you accordingly.
